Fort Flashpoint SMS Notification Opt-In
Fort Flashpoint sends automated SMS alerts to household members for home security events including door/window sensor triggers, motion detection, and alarm state changes.
How consent is collected: Household members consent directly and in person to the property owner prior to their number being added to the notification system. At the time of consent, each recipient is informed of the following:
- They will receive automated SMS security alerts from Fort Flashpoint
- Message frequency varies based on security events
- Message and data rates may apply
- They may opt out at any time by replying STOP
- They may text HELP for assistance
Once notification is completed, Fort Flashpoint holder records the date, time, and context of consent in a secure log. This log is only available to Fort Flashpoint adminidtrators.
